Drop-ins are for experienced CrossFitters who go to other gyms and are in Tacoma for up to a week. If you have never done CrossFit before go to our beginners page. We rely on a certain level of knowledge and skill at our classes. If you don't know what's going on it negatively affects your experience as well as the quality of coaching other athletes receive. Seriously, do the beginner program, it's good.
There are a few other programs which are run at our facilities but which are separate from Tacoma Strength.
