Summer Teen Program
The number one requirement for any athlete, especially teens, is strength. The best athletes are almost always the strongest. Virtually all other physical skills including power, speed, and endurance are functions of strength. While most special camps develop sport-specific skills, few take the time or have the expertise to train for strength. We do.
The best thing you can do for your young athlete this summer, is to give them to us for 8 weeks of dedicated strength, power, and speed training. Our expert coaches have developed training programs for Soccer and Cross Country athletes where they will be taught how to lift heavy weights properly, under constant supervision and coaching.
This is a sport conditioning program for teens 12-18
The program will consist of 16 classes starting on June 26, ending August 16th.
Tues and Thurs at 10:30 am to 12 pm
Price $250/ person, $1500/ team (up to 12 people, email email@example.com to register a team)
