We live in a culture where instant gratification and quick fixes dominate the atmosphere. If we aren’t intentional, these messages will quietly stifle our ability to grow the character traits needed to see success over the long haul: grit, empathy, courage, patience etc.

This workshop, facilitated by Character Development Coach and Motivational Speaker, Travis Daigle (Your 830/930 am Class Coach), will introduce you to a simple philosophy to develop the character needed to sustain the journey to your goals.

ABOUT TRAVIS DAIGLE

Travis started coaching at Tacoma Strength (Pine Street) back in June of 2012. After a 3 year hiatus, he’s back and excited to help people not only with their health goals but with seeing a positive transformation in their lives as a whole. Aside from helping people move better at Tacoma Strength he also owns his own business as a Character Development Coach and Motivational Speaker. His philosophy is rooted in personal and professional experiences that include overcoming obesity (I weighed over 300 lbs.), paying off consumer debt (to the tune of $60K), studying/working in the engineering field, and becoming a Special Forces Medic (AKA – Green Beret) and Combat Veteran.
