Ingredients:
4 small organic Gala apples
1 medium pear
6oz can of pineapple juice
1tsp to 1TBs of ground cinnamon (depends on your preference)

- Rough chop apples and pear into large pieces, leave on skin, stems, seeds and the core.
- Place apples and pear in blender.
- Add cinnamon.
- Add pineapple juice.
- Pulse blender to combine all ingredients.
- When combined, blend ingredients to desired consistency (less for chunky, more for thinner sauce.)
- Serve immediately.
  Yields 4 servings.
