Easy Paleo Chicken Legs In Bulk.
In a large mixing bowl, mix:
2-3TBS Olive Oil
2TBS Balsamic vinegar
In a spice grinder chop well:
4 fresh bay leaves (center stem removed)
2TBS fresh rosemary needles
1/2TBs fresh ground pepper
Add spice mixture to oil/vinegar mixture, then stir in:
12 fresh garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 Extra Large Value Pack of chicken legs, thighs or breasts.
- Mix and coat pieces well and then place mixture in refrigerator to marinate for 30minutes to 3 hrs. Lay chicken pieces out on a flat sheet pan and roast in 400 degree oven till done, aprox. 35-40 minutes.
- Turn them once about half way through cooking process.
