You Have Options

You have your choice on how you can get started at Tacoma Strength. It doesn't matter whether you have no experience in the gym and are looking to start a fitness program or if you already know your way around a barbell, Tacoma Strength has an option for you.

Option 1: Olympic Weightlifting

The Tacoma Strength Weightlifting Team and Program has a place for you whether you are new to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk) or you are looking to improve the quality of your movement. You will not find a more robust program in the Tacoma area. Our program doesn't just train on some days of the week; we offer coached training sessions Monday through Saturday.

If you are new or novice weightlifter with little or no experience with the Olympic lifts or if you are looking for a refresher please contact us at weightlifting@tacomastrength.com for more information or come in and schedule a movement assessment!

Youth/Kids Olympic Weightlifting Program
